Part of Jugtown.

323

Built sometime before the Revolution, this building was once a double, nicknamed the “honeymoon house,” as it was purportedly a frequent first residence for newlyweds when they could not afford much more. A modest brick dwelling that has seen few structural changes, this is perhaps one of the most authentic 18th century structures still standing in Princeton.

Original Sections: largely unchanged; brick and concrete stoops are modern additions

Present Use: private residence
