Part of Jugtown.
Along the northern boundary of the Jugtown industrial and residential hub sits this red farm house, once attached to a larger piece of farmland. Dating about 1755, this house predates the pottery boom in Queenstown, referencing instead Princeton’s agricultural past. Later on, two stone quarries operated nearby, just a bit farther north along Harrison and Ewing Streets.
Original Sections: easternmost (tallest) section of the house; third bay from left is the original doorway
Present Use: private residence
