The Goldsteins relocated to Princeton in 1937 and purchased Viedt’s “Tea Room and Chocolate Shoppe.” For three decades Meyer Goldstein owned and operated the popular restaurant and ice cream parlor on Nassau Street. A central meeting place for Princeton’s personalities and academics, it was the scene of countless lively discussions.
